Same company as the espresso cheddar that left me cold, so I almost walked right past it. Glad I didn’t.

Honey and sea salt on cheddar just works. You get the sweet first, then the salt, and the cheese itself is sharp enough that it never turns all the way into dessert. Most flavored cheeses use the flavor to cover for a boring cheese. This one uses it to make a good cheese better. I ate an amount I’m not going to commit to writing. My two-year-old put away just as much, and that kid rejects food for sport, so take that as the real endorsement.

Ate it with: just itself, way too much of it, standing over the cutting board.
