First one in the log, and I led with a cheese that has chunks of mango and papaya jammed into it. Real fruit, in cheese. I’m not sure what I was expecting.

It barely tastes like cheese. This is a dessert wearing a cheese costume. It’s soft, a little crumbly, and so mild it basically gets out of its own way, and then you hit a sweet pocket of actual fruit and your brain does a small double take. I figured I’d be over it after two bites. Two bites turned into half the block.

I ate it standing at the kitchen counter, straight off the knife, like a raccoon who got into the good drawer. Would buy it again, mostly to put it on a board and watch people try to figure out what’s happening.
